The people have spoken. The annual of the year is Supertunia Bordeaux. These are gorgeous purple petunias that are so versatile, they can work as a stand alone plant in a basket, or work well with other plants either planted in the garden or planted in containers. This petunia is so striking, easy to grow, and long lasting, which makes them an ideal annual for any gardener. So where can you find these this Spring? Head over to Home Depot and you’ll find them in combos and in quarts. GFG combines these with white lobelia to make stunning 16” Coco baskets, perfect for porches. They can also be found in large planters we send in for Mother’s Day (awesome Mother’s Day gift). We also use various combos with Supertunia Bordeaux in our gigantic 20” Coco baskets. Or you can find them in Proven Winner quarts and create your own combination.
